Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology

The clinic has 430 beds, where more than 8,500 patients receive treatment annually. Medical care covers all types of oncological diseases. The Kazakh Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology operates departments that are the only ones in the country providing care to patients with certain forms of malignant tumors. These include the head and neck tumor department, the bone and soft tissue tumor department, the oncourology department, and the pediatric oncology department. More than 1,500 surgeries are performed annually in the institute's clinic for tumors of all localizations, many of which are organ-preserving and reconstructive-plastic in nature. It is the only place where conformal radiation therapy is offered.
